Our process begins with your initial inquiry. We’ll get to know you and the task at hand, and discuss things like what the load is, where it’s going and when you need it completed by.

If there may be access issues, we’ll perform a complementary site assessment to ensure we can complete your job safely. We’ll take a look at overhead and underground services (like power lines), tight street and driveway access, ground conditions, and the weight and size of the load.

Once we confirm we have the capacity to complete your job, we’ll send through a price estimation.

Our qualified team will run through the next steps with you so you know what to expect. We’ll also confirm the job date, time and location.

We’ll carry out the works efficiently and safely, using the appropriate lifting techniques and equipment. This may include lifting, transportation and installation.
